VRYOH Privacy Policy

1. WHO WE ARE

VRYOH is a brand of Solofella LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Solofella," "VRYOH," "we," "us"). Solofella LLC is responsible for your data as described in this policy.

2. WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS

This policy covers the VRYOH website (vryoh.com), your VRYOH account, and the data we access when a business owner connects their Google Business Profile.

3. INFORMATION WE ACCESS

With the business owner's authorization through Google, we access:

From you directly: first name, last name, email address and phone number when you create an account; company name if you subscribe on behalf of a company; and business names, location addresses and brand-voice settings you provide when setting up or updating your account.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe, and your subscription is sold to you through Link, a Stripe service. We do not store your full card number. We receive limited billing details such as card brand, last four digits and billing contact.

Website visits: our website records basic visit statistics, such as pages viewed, time on site, referring site, country and device type, using Lovable's built-in analytics, which measures overall traffic and does not build profiles of individual visitors. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe, Link and our sign-in providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you check out or sign in.

We never receive your Google password.

4. HOW WE USE IT

To draft replies for the owner's approval, publish replies the owner has approved, and show the owner results and trends. We limit our use of Google user data, including data derived from it, to providing or improving the features of VRYOH that you see and use. We also use information to create and administer your account, process billing and manage your subscription, and for security and fraud prevention.

We use your account and business details to identify and administer your account, associate your business with its locations, and communicate with you about your account and our service. If you separately opt in to newsletters, promotions and updates, we record that choice; this consent is optional and is not required to use VRYOH.

Google offers a single permission level for managing a Business Profile, which is broader than we need. We use it only to read reviews and publish approved replies. We do not change business information, hours, photos, or any other listing details. Nothing is published without approval from a person.

5. WHAT WE DO NOT DO

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, including retargeting or interest-based advertising, or to determine creditworthiness. We do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

We do not transfer Google user data to others, except: (a) to provide or improve the features you see in VRYOH, with your consent, including transfers to the service providers in section 6; (b) for security purposes, such as investigating abuse; (c) to comply with the law; or (d) as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, after we obtain your explicit prior consent.

6. SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use service providers to process data on our behalf, only to provide the service:

Under each AI provider's published terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models by default, and we have not opted in to any data-sharing program. Lovable states that it does not use end-user data from apps built on its platform to train AI models.

These providers generally delete API inputs and outputs within 30 days. They may keep them longer where required by law or where content is flagged for a policy violation, and a limited number of authorized provider personnel and contractors may review flagged content to detect abuse.

Our other providers process data to provide their services, as described in their terms.

7. STORAGE AND ACCESS

Your VRYOH account details, including your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name and saved location addresses, are stored in Lovable Cloud. We also store your account preferences and records of your acceptance of our Terms and Privacy Policy. Payment and subscription records are processed and stored separately by Stripe as described in this policy.

We protect data with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the VRYOH website and the Google authorization flow, and restricting access to authorized personnel and service providers.

Data is accessible only to the business owner, to service providers who need it to run the service, and to an agency or partner the owner has authorized in writing. VRYOH personnel read Google user data only with the owner's agreement, for security purposes such as investigating a bug or abuse, or to comply with the law. No system is perfectly secure.

8. RETENTION AND DELETION

We keep data while the account is active. When the owner disconnects Google, we stop collecting new data and delete the stored access credentials within 7 days. The owner can request deletion of their account and data at any time by emailing intelligence@vryoh.com. We will delete it within 30 days, except data we must keep by law. Stripe may keep payment and transaction records for legal, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, and we cannot guarantee deletion of information Stripe holds under its own policies. If you ask Stripe or Link to delete your payment data, Stripe may cancel your subscription as part of that deletion.

9. YOUR CHOICES

The owner can revoke VRYOH's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections or by contacting us. You can also remove VRYOH as a manager of your Business Profile at business.google.com, and we will remove our access within 7 business days of your request. The owner can also ask for a copy of their data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion.

10. REVIEWER INFORMATION

Reviews and reviewer names are public on Google. We process them only on behalf of the business owner, to draft a reply for the owner's approval.

11. CHILDREN

VRYOH is for businesses and is not directed to children.

12. CHANGES

We will update this page and its "Last updated" date when this policy changes. If we change how we use Google user data, we will notify account owners and ask for their consent before using it in the new way.

13. GOOGLE API SERVICES USER DATA POLICY

VRYOH's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
