VRYOH Terms of Service

1. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THE SERVICE DOES
VRYOH is a brand of Solofella LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, c/o Northwest Registered Agent LLC, 522 W Riverside Ave, Ste N, Spokane, WA 99201 ("Solofella," "VRYOH," "we," "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Solofella LLC. VRYOH reads a business's guest and customer reviews, drafts replies in the business's brand voice using AI, shows results and trends, and, once you connect your Google Business Profile, publishes replies that you have approved. By creating an account or using VRYOH, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT
VRYOH is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the business and to connect its Google Business Profile. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login secure. If an agency or partner acts for you, you remain responsible for what they do on your account.
3. OWNER APPROVAL AND RESPONSIBILITY
Nothing is published until a person approves it. You are responsible for every reply you approve, including its accuracy and its compliance with Google's policies and applicable law. Drafts are generated by AI and may contain errors. Review each one before approving. By connecting your Google Business Profile, you authorize VRYOH to respond to reviews on your behalf, but only for each individual reply that you approve. VRYOH does not publish replies automatically and does not offer automatic approval.
4. GOOGLE CONNECTION
You authorize VRYOH to connect to your Google Business Profile, and you can revoke that access at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections or by contacting us. We use that access only to read reviews and publish replies you have approved, as described in our Privacy Policy. Google's own terms apply, and Google may remove or restrict replies or change how its services work. We do not guarantee that a published reply will remain visible, or that Google's services will be available.
5. PRICING, BILLING, AUTOMATIC RENEWAL, FREE TRIAL, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
5.1 Pricing
VRYOH is for business use, and you confirm you are purchasing for your business. Prices are in US dollars, per location, plus any applicable taxes:
Monthly plan: $30 per location per month.
Annual plan: $300 per location per year (equivalent to $25 per month), billed once a year in advance.
5.2 Automatic renewal
SUBSCRIPTIONS RENEW AUTOMATICALLY FOR SUCCESSIVE PERIODS OF THE SAME LENGTH (ONE MONTH OR ONE YEAR), ON THE SAME DAY EACH PERIOD (OR ON THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH IF THAT DAY DOES NOT EXIST), UNTIL YOU CANCEL. Your subscription is sold to you through Link, a Stripe service, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction and handles payment processing, receipts and payment support. Charges appear on your statement as LINK.COM followed by VRYOH's descriptor. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe, through Link, to charge your selected payment method on those dates. VRYOH, a brand of Solofella LLC, provides the service. For annual subscriptions, we email you a reminder 30 days before each renewal date.
5.3 Free trial
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You must provide a payment method (such as a card or another method offered at checkout) to start the trial. You are not charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your subscription converts automatically to the plan you selected, and your payment method is charged the plan price for the number of locations you selected, unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel from your account page using "Manage subscription", or by emailing intelligence@vryoh.com.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account page using "Manage subscription" (vryoh.com/app), or by emailing intelligence@vryoh.com. To stop the next charge, cancel on or before the renewal date. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
5.5 Locations
You can add or remove locations by emailing us. A location you add is billed starting with your next renewal charge. Removing a location takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
5.6 Price changes
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price increase. It applies from your next renewal period, not to a period you have already paid for.
5.7 Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise. Because payments are processed by Stripe through Link, Stripe may in certain cases issue refunds under its own payment terms.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use VRYOH to post false, misleading, or unlawful content, to post fake or incentivized reviews or replies, to violate Google's policies, or to interfere with or reverse engineer the service.
7. YOUR CONTENT AND OUR SERVICE
You keep ownership of your brand settings and the replies you approve. Reviews belong to the people who wrote them, and we process them on your behalf. You give us permission to use your brand settings and approved replies only to provide the service to you. VRYOH, including its software and design, remains ours.
8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITS
VRYOH is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any particular result, and we are not responsible for the actions of Google or other third parties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. TERMINATION
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end the service if you violate these terms or do not pay. When your account ends, we stop accessing your Google Business Profile and delete the stored access credentials within 7 days, and we handle the rest of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts located in Rockland County, New York.
11. GENERAL
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us on this subject, unless you and Solofella LLC have signed a separate written agreement. If that agreement differs from these terms, it controls to the extent of the difference. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If the English and Spanish versions conflict, the English version controls.
12. CHANGES
We may update these terms and will update the "Last updated" date. We will email you about material changes.
